Food Hygiene legislation requires all food handlers to receive appropriate supervision, and be instructed and/or trained in food hygiene, to enable them to handle food safely. It is also a mandatory requirement within social care settings.

Who should attend our Food Awareness training course?

This course is specifically designed for non permanent food workers such as health care support workers, reflecting the Food Standards Agency's Safer Food Better Business focusing on cross contamination, cleaning, cooking and chilling.
