This is a one-day workshop which focuses on the values of PCP and raises awareness of Person Centred approaches and tools. This is a course designed to raise awareness about Person Centred Planning, which is integral to implementing ‘Valuing People’, the Government White Paper. To enable staff to gain insight into Person Centred Planning. It will give people the opportunity to reflect on their working practice and identify how Person Centred Planning is important for everyone.
